Promotion Terms & Conditions
Customers who purchase an eligible new or used vehicle during the promotional period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the weekly draw to win a $5,000 cash prize.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences on 12 October 2026 and concludes on 30 November 2026.
Weekly Draw Schedule
*Vehicle purchase date is determined by the date a deposit is paid.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Eligible entrants must purchase an eligible new or used vehicle from the dealership during the promotional period and pay a deposit within the relevant weekly draw period.
One eligible vehicle purchase equals one entry into the applicable weekly draw.
Excluded Purchases
The following vehicle purchases are not eligible for entry into the promotion:
Fleet vehicle purchases where a manufacturer's fleet discount has been applied.
Rental vehicle purchases.
Government vehicle purchases.
Any other purchase where a fleet or bulk-purchase discount has been applied.
Prize
There will be one (1) winner drawn each week.
Each weekly winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize.
The prize will be provided upon delivery of the purchased vehicle.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other benefit except as required by law.
Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly drawn on the dates specified above.
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Winners may be announced via the dealership's website, social media channels, and other marketing platforms.
Redraws
If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the draw taking place, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and award the prize to a new winner.
General
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary, subject to applicable laws.
The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
